HELENE S. OSKARD

Ms. Oskard is a Shareholder and serves as the Managing Shareholder of the tax department.  She is responsible for supervising and reviewing individual and corporate income tax returns and coordinating administrative and quality control procedures. 

In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Ms. Oskard directs the planning and the oversight of audits and reviews of companies in the government contracting, not-for-profit, and personal services industries.  She has extensive experience with not-for-profit organizations receiving Federal awards and requiring single audits under OMB Circular A-133.  Ms. Oskard also provides consulting services to small business clients.

Ms. Oskard is a CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Society of Accountants, the National Contract Management Association, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.  She received both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Science degree from Brooklyn College.
