ANGELA S. PROCHASKA

Ms. Prochaska is a Senior Manager and has over 21 years of experience in performing a wide range of accounting, tax planning, and tax preparation services.  She is well versed in all aspects of individual and corporate tax law.  She specializes in assisting closely-held businesses and their owners in maximizing available tax deductions.

Before joining R&M, Ms. Prochaska was a member of the tax practice of another large local public accounting firm. 

Ms. Prochaska is a CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
