ELAINE P. RULKIEWICZ

Ms. Rulkiewicz is a Senior Manager and has over 15 years of public accounting experience.  Since joining R&M, Ms. Rulkiewicz has devoted the majority of her time to the tax practice where her responsibilities include supervision and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.  She also provides tax consulting and planning services for a variety of small business clients.

Her experience includes extensive work in the real estate area, including tax planning and return preparation for all phases from acquisition to operations to disposition. She also has extensive experience performing cash flow audits for real estate projects, including lease and expense analyses.

Ms. Rulkiewicz is a CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.  She is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and received a Masters degree in Russian Studies from Fordham University and a Masters degree in Accounting from American University.
