COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Community involvement is an important component
of the culture at Rubino & McGeehin. Professionals at
all levels, from senior management to junior staff members, are
involved in a variety of community activities. Employees are
encouraged to serve as volunteers or in leadership capacities for
not-for-profit organizations of their choosing. Our firm also
demonstrates its commitment to the community by contributing financially
to a number of locally-based organizations. Several of the

Community Family Life Services
Community Family Life Services offers assistance to people living in poverty and homelessness by providing them the tools needed to move towards permanent economic and social self-sufficiency.
Goodwill of Greater Washington
Goodwill of Greater Washington educates, trains, employs, and places people with disadvantages and disabilities to create a stronger workforce and a more vital community while building dignity by removing barriers to personal success.
Jubilee Housing, Inc.
In addition to providing decent, affordable housing to close to 1,000 low-income residents in the Adams-Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC, Jubilee Housing serves as the epicenter of a community offering a wide range of supportive services and delivering real opportunities for growth.
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
For over 25 years, the Komen Race for the Cure® has raised significant funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrated breast cancer survivorship, and honored those who have lost their battle with the disease.
Mount Carmel House
Mount Carmel House provides transitional housing and counseling services to homeless women to help them regain self-respect and achieve personal and economic independence, leading to permanent housing, employment, and personal stability.
Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund
In honor of the firm's 25th anniversary, R&M contributed to
the Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to support the victims of Hurricane
Katrina.
