Scott is responsible for management on recurring attest engagements (audits and reviews) along with providing periodic consulting services. He also helps clients work through their complicated accounting and regulatory matters to improve performance and efficiency; strengthen internal controls; and provide proper accounting and reporting for complex accounting issues.
In his 18 years of experience, he has acquired extensive auditing experience. He has performed audits and reviews of government contractors, non-profits and small businesses of varying sizes, and provides consulting services, including due diligence on corporate acquisitions, regulatory compliance testing and certain “agreed upon procedures” engagements. In addition Scott has performed numerous audits of pension plans and audits in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-133.Scott received his BS in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Syracuse University.
