Carolyn is responsible for the supervision and review of corporate, partnership, individual, fiduciary, estate and gift tax returns; estate and gift planning; representation in tax examination; merger and acquisition support and analytics; tax planning and transactional analysis. Her over 20 years of experience includes extensive work with small businesses and in the estate tax area.
Carolyn received a BS from Merrimack College, a JD from the University of Denver College of Law, and a Masters of Law degree in Taxation from Georgetown University.
