Dawit is responsible for the development of audit plans, monitoring daily audit activities, and training internal staff on auditing techniques and procedures . He also performs audits of non-profit organizations in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, audits of government contractors and provides compliance reviews related to grant agreements and federal laws and regulations.
Dawit assists clients with internal controls suggesting cost-beneficial solutions to their needs, thereby enhancing compliance with grant and regulatory compliance requirements and improving overall financial reporting capabilities.
