Jenny E. Herrera, CPA

Jenny has over 25 years of experience with focus in exempt organizations. In addition to overseeing audits, Jenny provides a wide variety of consulting and management advisory services to not-for-profit and government contract clients. Services provided include internal and operational controls, management structure, business process and procedures, unrelated business income tax, compliance with government regulations under the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars to include A-110, A-122 and A-133. She has also assisted clients in the design and implementation of new polices, helped with the restructuring of client's accounting departments, and served as an interim Chief Financial Officer.
Jenny received her Bachelor degree in Accounting in Bolivia, and began her professional career in South America with one of the large international public accounting firms. After moving to the United States, Jenny received a BS in Accounting from George Mason University.
